HOW CAN I CHANGE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

By default, the last used shipping address will be saved into your account. When you are checking out your order, the default shipping address will be displayed and you have the option to amend it if you need to.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDERS & PAYMENT?

After logging into your account, the status of your checkout history can be found under My Account and View Order Status. For orders shipped through regular postage, a tracking number will be emailed to you once the order has been completed.

HOW DO I EDIT OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

After logging into your account, go to View Messages and select the order you would like to edit or cancel. Here, you will be able to send message to the Tao Accents team regarding one or more orders to add or remove items.

Cancellation Note: an order that has been shipped out and cancelled before delivery will incur a $20 recall fee.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

All general small parcel items should be expected to arrive within five (5) to ten (10) business days.

Furniture orders will have variable shipping time, please stay in contact with the Tao Accents team to receive a shipping time frame.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, use the tracking number provided or contact us and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

HOW DO YOU SHIP MY ORDERS?

All small parcel orders are sent via FedEx, unless you specifically request a different carrier or have a personal account number we can use.

 

HOW DO I MAKE PAYMENTS USING PAYPAL? HOW DOES IT WORK?

Paypal is the easiest way to make payments online. While checking out your order, you will be redirected to the Paypal website. Be sure to fill in correct details for fast & hassle-free payment processing. After a successful Paypal payment, a payment advice will be automatically generated to TaoAccents.com system for your order.

At the moment, we accept Credit/Debit cards, store credit or gift cards, and Paypal payments.

CAN I PAY USING PAYPAL WITHOUT A PAYPAL ACCOUNT?

Yes! It is commonly misunderstood that a Paypal account is needed in order to make payments through Paypal. The truth is you DO NOT need one, although we strongly recommend you sign up to enjoy the added ease of use.

Without a Paypal account, all you need is any Debit/Credit card stated below that is supported by Paypal.

By using Paypal, we can process & deliver your orders to you in a shorter time. Paypal is the easiest & most secure way to make payment online. No account needed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE'S BEEN A DELIVERY MISHAP TO MY ORDER? (DAMAGED OR LOST DELIVERY)

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any item that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away until the Tao Accents team has confirmed a replacement or credit.When submitting a damage claim, first take a photo of the item in its current state without moving too much packaging from its original position. Send pictures along with an order number to support@taoaccents.com for the quickest results.

Once a damage claim is received and reviewed, our team will either approve immediately or begin a more extensive investigation. Approved claims will be subject to an immediate replacement along with a return shipping label if your damaged item is not destroyed. You will always be able to keep damaged items at a discount if interested, please note this possibility to our team and a discount will be offered depending on the circumstances.

WHAT HAPPENS IN THE EVENT OF UNSATISFACTORY/WRONG/MISSING items?

We take such matters very seriously and will look into individual cases thoroughly. Any sample that falls under the below categories should not be thrown away before taking photo proof and emailing the photo of the affected sample and your D.O (Delivery Order) to us at help@samplestore.com (if applicable).

We regret to inform you that no refunds will be given for orders that fall under the below categories.

1. In the event that the item you've received is unsatisfactory in any way you perceive, we will require photo proof of the item and the reason of dissatisfaction. With these details, we will be able to review your case further and either supply return shipping or a credit of some kind.

2. In the event that you've received the wrong item, we will require photo proof of the item received. Once approved we will re-send the correct item to you at no cost along with a return shipping label.

3. In the event you've received your order with a missing sample, we reach out to our chosen shipping company regarding the possibility of missing merchandise. Please double check your tracking information to be sure the due dates of split orders are still on track, as multiple items may arrive on different days.
