Returns Policy

Tao Accents happily supports all return and exchange requests, with prompt delivery times and guaranteed satisfaction! Outlined below are our policies on merchandise returns and exchanges, as well as instructions.

Exchanges 

Merchandise may be exchanged or replaced up until initial shipping, after which only defective or damaged items will be applicable for exchange. Minor variations in color or shape is not considered a defect, as each item is handmade and disparities are purposeful. 

Returns

Any item may be returned within 30 days of initial purchase, with a 20% restocking fee applied. You may cancel your order if it has not shipped yet for a full refund or exchange.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the original condition as you had received it, either in the original packaging or firmly secured. In addition, a proof of purchase such as business receipts or account invoices will be required. You will be required to facilitate return shipping, including any costs.

Be sure to notify us of any Return attempt through email at support@taoaccents.com, and we will respond with an RMA # as well as additional Return instructions if the return is approved.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification wherein we inform you if your refund has been approved or rejected. Upon approval, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your account within four business days. If a set of items is missing a piece, partial credit will be given.

Refund late or missing?

While it takes several days to process a refund and post it to your financial account, if at any time you believe your refund is missing or late, please contact us at support@taoaccents.com.

Shipping

Our free shipping options are only available to the 48 continental United States. The standard shipping method is Fedex Ground or Home Delivery, if you would prefer a separate method please include instructions in the order notes or an email. A service representative will contact you with a shipping estimate after the order is placed, and the items will be processed after your approval. If you disagree with the cost you may cancel the order for full refund.
